Well had taken my Toyota Tacoma in for some work. They have always done my work and I went to them first . Had no peddle on my brakes . Need to replace cylinders in the front, replaced pads rotors had tires rotated, oil change , normally goes without a hitch, but this time not so much , they had truck for 2-1/2 days worked on brakes most of the time trying to get a good brake peddle , after replacing the cylinders and adding brake pads and rotors they could not get a good peddle for me the peddle was very soft and almost went to floor , I guess they gave up , (stumped) I pick up my truck and asked did they get it finished , their reply was yes … paid my bill and got to the truck and got in , I needed to go to a doctors appointment, to say the least I had some peddle but not a good peddle . When I got on the road heading to my appointment I noticed the vibration in the front at approximately 65 miles per hour to about 70 miles per hour, well that takes the cake , I called another PEPBOYS and spoke to someone else about the problem I can take it there but that’s gonna cost me a bit more as well , so very unsatisfied and not sure I’m gonna go back for service ……..

I trusted Pep Boys with my 2016 BMW 428i Gran Coupe for routine oil changes beginning in April 2025. Unfortunately, what should have been simple maintenance turned into months of frustration, repeated visits, and complete negligence. After an oil change, I began noticing large oil stains in my garage. When I brought my vehicle back, instead of properly diagnosing the issue, I was told, “BMWs always leak.” My concerns were dismissed, and the employee simply added oil rather than identifying or repairing the actual problem. The leak continued, forcing me to return again. I eventually sought a second opinion from another repair shop, where technicians informed me that my oil change had been performed incorrectly, specifically involving the oil drain plug installation. They documented the issue on video and advised me to return to Pep Boys for corrective action. When I returned, my vehicle was supposedly repaired, but no one explained what work had been performed. I was simply handed my keys and sent on my way. Later, another service center discovered screws and tape underneath my vehicle and a brake sensor hanging loose—issues that should never have been present after professional

Took my vehicle there to repair a tire that had a nail in it. They said it was not repairable then, told me I needed 4 new tires because I was driving a 4 wheel drive, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the other 3 tires. Took it to Golden Tires on Jordan Lane they said it was definitely repairable fixed it at a great price!. It felt like Pep boys didn't want to fool with it. Went to the Pep Boys on South Parkway.

The experience that I had at this establishment was very positive. I felt the service person was knowledgeable, informative. I walked away feeling like I have a well run machine that is safe to drive and reliable. Thank you for inspecting and addressing my concerns. I recently visited Pep Boys for a tire quote, and I was extremely impressed with the experience. I had checked with a couple of other places, and the quotes I received were far higher and came with a lot of pressure. However, at Pep Boys, service advisor Mike took the time to thoroughly explain everything about the tires and the pricing. He provided a clear, fair quote without any high-pressure tactics. The entire process was quick, efficient, and pleasant. I was able to get my tires ordered and installed the same day. I highly recommend Pep Boys for anyone in need of tires or automotive services. Great prices, excellent customer service, and a no-pressure experience. I’ll definitely be back!
